The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi says he has no grudges with President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
He however vowed to challenge the electoral process by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that produced the former Lagos governor.
Obi stated this while speaking in an interwiew on a television programme on Monday.
He said, “I have no issues with Tinubu, he is somebody I have so much respect for as a brother and regard as a father. I am only challenging the process in which INEC declared him as the President-elect. I have no issues with his declaration as the President-elect.”
Labour Party’s Obi and his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) counterpart, have both rejected the result announced INEC and vowed to challenge in court.
