Ògo Àkúré: Ayodeji DF Oluleye Commends Gov. Aiyedatiwa as Ondo Deep Sea Port Licence Is Revalidated
The Convener of the Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group and House of Representatives aspirant for Akure North and Akure South Federal Constituency, Ayodeji DF Oluleye fondly called Ògo Àkúré, has commended the Ondo State Governor, His Excellency Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on the successful revalidation of the Ondo Deep Sea Port licence, describing the development as a landmark achievement for economic growth and regional competitiveness.
In a statement released on behalf of the Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group, Oluleye noted that the revalidation of the Deep Sea Port licence reinforces Ondo State’s strategic position as a future hub for maritime trade, industrial expansion, job creation, and foreign direct investment.
“This is a significant milestone that speaks to the Governor’s commitment to continuity, economic foresight, and investor confidence. The Deep Sea Port project holds immense potential for Ondo State and the entire South-West region,” Oluleye stated.
He emphasized that large-scale infrastructure initiatives such as the Deep Sea Port will unlock opportunities across multiple sectors including logistics, agriculture value chains, manufacturing, and youth employment, while strengthening Ondo State’s contribution to national economic development.
Oluleye further described the revalidation as a strong signal to both local and international investors that Ondo State remains open, ready, and stable for long-term investments.
