The leading aspirant in the race to the Ondo state Government House in the November election, Princess Oladunni Odu has held a strategic meeting with members of her Manifesto Analysis Committee, preparatory to her declaration to be Governor from 2025.
Princess Odu who said Ondo state is now ready for massive prosperity and needs an experienced, focused and sincere leader to take her to the next level stressed that as the most qualified for the job she cannot afford to disappoint the citizens when elected
Princess Odu who assured that under her watch Ondo state will be the most sought after state in Nigeria said she will hit the ground running immediately after her victory as she will not be willing to give excuses to the people for poor performance or a slow start
Odu stressed that having had a very robust governance experience over the decades, seeking to be governor is a destiny assignment.
On the first day of the Manifesto Analysis Committee’s meeting issues discussed centred around;
Youth employment using ICT as a critical platform for new opportunities.
Health and Education sectors transformation through deliberate and structured collaborations with international development partners, emphasizing quality and accessibility as crucial components
Social re-orientation through deliberate redefining of the relevance of the traditional institution and religious establishment in governance.
Economic Prosperity through massive tourism development entertainment, agriculture, small and medium scale enterprises development and strengthennig of the neighborhood market system.
Infrastructure development through strategic financing partnerships.
Princess Odu enjoined members of the committee to be thorough in their analysis work for outcomes that will clearly address the most important needs of the people
