EID -EL KABIR CELEBRATION; CP ABAYOMI PETER OLADIPO CELEBRATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFULS
The Commissioner of Police, Ondo State Command, CP Abayomi Peter Oladipo congratulates Muslim faithfuls on the celebration of Eid el Kabir in the State.
The CP in his goodwill message, entreats the Islamic adherents to use this auspicious period to pray for peace of the nation while he urged parents (of toddlers) to monitor their children during Eid prayers.
As part of the plan to ensure that the Sallah celebration is hitchfree, the Commissioner of Police has directed all DPOs and Tactical Teams in the State to deploy personnel to all earmarked prayer centers in the state, to ensure security at praying grounds and free flow of traffic in these areas and the muminis should also report activities that can lead to disruption of peace during the celebration.
Celebrants, friends and well wishers are urged to apply caution and moderation in the cause of Celebration.
The CP is also using this medium to assure the residents and link road users of adequate security while transiting the State.
