It was like a film at the early hour of Monday when a suspected Car snatcher , Bashir, who was beaten blue – black, when he nearly strangled a woman to death,while taking her son to school
The incident happened at the quarter guard junction around 8 : 35 in the morning, when she was about crossing the road to the other lane, suddenly,the suspect rushed into her car and struggled the wheel with her also starangled her so as to snatched the Nissan Sunny car.
The woman , name withheld shouted for help before the passers-by rescued her of the situation.
The suspect was eventually caught in the act and descended heavily on him by the angry mob who could not hold back their patience.
Officers of the Amotekun corps rescued the suspect from being killed.
The black Nissan car , according to the woman ,said she was planning to get fuel into the car before the suspect acted in that manner

The suspect, who could not speak any other language than Hausa said he was sorry for his action
