
Justice L.B Ologun of the State High Court of Okitipupa Judicial Division has ruled and stopped the Commissioner For Chieftaincy Affairs from installing Prince Olusola Joseph Ajaka as Gbogunron ,of Neborisa Ruling House in Ilaje local government
An order of interim Injuction , restraining the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants ,including Dr Awolowo Ajaka, the 1st defendant/Respondent from installing the 2nd defendant/Respondent , his brother , as ARAMUFE ALAGBON in Ilaje local government area of the state
Responding to the order granted by the Honourable Court, the applicants’ counsel, O. C. Oke, said:
“The sanctity of the court must be maintained at all times. This presupposes that no party in a case is allowed under our avowed rule of law to steal a match against opposing party. The subject of litigation before the court, though ordinarily a family affair, distinct right of action has acrued by acts of the respondents and the court rightly saw this and wielded the big stick by restraining the respondents from proceeding with the scheduled activities of installation of the 2nd defendant/respondent, Olusola Joseph Ajaka
