3 Vehicles , Drivers Involve in a Fatal Accident Along Akure Owo High Way

An Accident which involved three different vehicles occured at the early hour of Monday in Akure at Olufoam Junction along Ilesha Akure – Owo highway.

The accident was said to have happened around 9:45 am when a Toyota Camry (Muzzle) coming from Owo axis and daved off the road on a high speed and ran into the on- coming one from Shagari Village side of the road.

The vehicles were severely damaged but no life was lost in the ugly incident according to an eye witness.

Men of the Nigerian Police, Road Safety Corps officers and men of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps were all on ground to control the heavy traffic caused as a result of the accident.

The three drivers have been taken to the hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile , one of the drivers, Mr Jimoh complained in agony of his chest pleading to be taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
