Singer Paul Okoye aka RudeBoy and his estranged wife, Anita, are officially divorced a year after the news broke.
Recalled that Anita had filed for divorce in 2021, on grounds of being a deadbeat father, infidelity, fraud and others.
An Abuja High court in Maitama granted the duo the divorce.
Anita accused Paul of soliciting with the maid for a sexual affair. She claimed the singer often invited the maid, Florence, to the hotel on several occasions.
She also accused RudeBoy of not putting efforts in the welfare of their children.
The mother of three said RudeBoy also cheated her on an agreement that a part of RudeBoy’s mall was part of her savings.
She demanded a monthly settlement of $20,000 and a number of her ex’s properties.
Recall that shortly after their separation, RudeBoy had made an attempt to appear in videos with her and the children. A source claimed they are only co-parenting.
A week ago, RudeBoy revealed the face of his new lover.
Anita and Paul tied the knot in 2014 and they have three children.
