Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has lamented over the norm of politicians especially ex-governors who assume positions at the senate level.

Mercy in a text photo on her Instagram page on Monday, February 27, said the ex-governors see the senate as their inheritance after serving the state.

According to her, there should be a ban on all ex-governors so that they can go rest in their homes after their governorship posts.

She wrote, “What I don’t understand is these ex-governors going back to senate! Is government their inheritance?? What is it? Abeg we want fresh minds.

“I think a policy should be put in place to ban all ex-governors from running for office again. All of them kuku go there for their selfish interest. Enough already!”

In her caption, she wrote, “O to ge!!!!! If we want to get it right with the Presidency, we must start with the legislative arm of government! Enough is Enough!!!”
