The Deputy Director General of Legal Committee of the APC Presidential Campaign Committee, Chief Olusola Oke, SAN has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the President – Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on his electoral victory.
Oke in his congratulatory message commended the President – elect for his doggedness and courage. He said the majority of the electorate voted for the records of achievements and competence of Asiwaju and the progressive agenda in his hands.
Oke said the presidency of Asiwaju will birth an economic agenda that will engender development and real growth desired by the citizens of Nigeria. He said his election was free and fair because Asiwaju is a candidate that his election was premised on “Project Nigeria” He thanked President Buhari for providing a level play ground for all the candidates.
While thanking the people of Ondo state for voting massively for APC candidates in both the presidential and National Assembly elections, he attributed the resounding victory of APC in Ondo State to the sterling performance of the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and his stoic leadership. He salutes the State chairman of APC, Engnr Ade Adetimehin and other members of the state, local and ward executives of the party in Ondo state for their commitment and hardwork. Oke in his words said the victory is unprecedented in the history of Ondo state.
“I congratulate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president-elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for his deserved victory at the poll. It was a victory well earned.
” I thank President Buhari for providing a level play ground for all the candidates that participated in the election. The victory though hard fought, is earned in an atmosphere of free and fair contest devoid of favour or inducement.
“It is on record that the people of Nigeria and in particular Ondo state voted Asiwaju on the merit of his records of achievements as a former governor of Lagos state and the progressive policy ideas he brought to the table. His presidency no doubt shall birth total economic agenda that will meet the growing expectations of Nigerians.
” I thank the people of Ondo state for voting in an unprecedented manner and for standing with our party; the APC in the presidential and National Assembly elections. This I believe is a reward for the quality leadership and stoic performance of the governor of Ondo state, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in infrastructure, security of life and property and also in accountability and courage that was brought to bare in the management of affairs of Ondo state.
“I salute the doggedness and outstanding effort of the leadership of APC in Ondo state under the purposeful headship of, Engnr Ade Adetimehin and the state, local government and ward executive committee of our great party for leading from the front.
Let me specially congratulate all the senator and House of Representatives elected under the platform of APC for their victory in the election. It is time to work for the people again.
