The new Commissioner of Police in Ondo State, Cp Abiodun Oladimeji Asabi has assured the people of the state that the police under his watch in Ondo State will be more pro active and responsive to duty anytime anyday.
The CP gave the charge at the state command headquarters in Akure, the state capital while delivering his maiden speech on assumption of office as the 43rd Police boss in the state.
According to him ” the state will wiitness further improvements in the policing system in crime prevention, strategise, swift response to incidents and overall safety of the good people of the state ” he said.
” During my tenure, the officers and men command will be led to re dedicate themselves to service delivery “
“Also I shall ensure that professionalism respect for human right and international best practices shall be our watchword and guiding principles ” he said
CP Abiodun Oladimeji Asabi has served in different capacities in the force at different places across the country before the recent position as the 43rd police commissioner in the state.
