The governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has officially declared his intention to run for the governorship election in the state.
It was a carnival liked event as the governor of , Lucky Aiyedatiwa officially declaring his intent for the 2024 governorship election on Tuesday, in Akure the Ondo State capital.
Dignitaries across the state were all in attendance to grace the epoch making event.
Moreso, all partly faithfuls and executive members across the 18local government of the state were duly represented in showing their total supports for the governor to come back to power.
Meanwhile, a member of the House of Representatives, Hon Peter Makinde Abiola said the governor will surely not disappoint the people of the as he will continue with the legacies of the former governor, Rotimi Odunayo Akeredolu if voted to have the card of the party as flag bearer
The former Chief of staff to Akeredolu, Olugbenga Ale ,said Aiyedatiwa will definitely take the crown being a good follower of his former boss
While declaring his intention, the governor openly said he will do what the people of the state need and will never get them disappointed if allowed to lead the state once again
