The African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ondo State Coordinator, Prof Bode Ayorinde, has said that the party will dislodge the All Progressives Congress APC from government through the power of unity of Nigerians come 2027.
AYORINDE who made the disclosure on Tuesday in Akure the Ondo state capital while welcoming people to the folds from other political parties like The All Progressives Congress APC, the People’s Democratic party PDP, The Labour party, The Action Alliance and others.
According to the Coordinator, he said that people of Ondo state,and the entire citizen of the country are fully set to change and send the rulling APC parking from government because of the inhuman policies they introduced to make life more difficult for the people and urged party leaders at ward and local levels to increase number of members by playing politics of inclusion.

“APC has inflicted on everyone the multi dimensional poverty and the inhuman policies of sufferness that have claimed lives of so many ” Ayorinde said
Speaking to newsmen at the event, Mr Kennedy Peretei, an ADC chieftain, said “Nigerians had experienced Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and APC, and are looking for something better”.
“Nigerians are looking for something that, you know, can bring sanity to this situation. Nigerians cannot close their two eyes if they want to sleep.
“They can’t travel anywhere, the roads are bad, there is insecurity. There are so many things, school children are dropping out. So, this is the trend that Nigerians want to reverse.
“Nigerians have seen that ADC is capable of doing this.
“ADC has been unveiled as the political party that the coalition is going to use to unseat the inhuman APC government in Abuja.
“It has been unveiled in Abuja, and it is now percolating through the states. ADC has finally arrived in Ondo State,” he said.
Also speaking with newsmen, Mr Shola Agboola, former state Secretary, Social Democratic Party (SDP), said those attending the coalition were doing so in private capacities, not on behalf of their parties.
“So, people who are identified as political technocrats are invited, and that is why people like us are here.
“And we are not just here, it is because of the prevailing situation in the country. Everybody is disjointed because nobody is satisfied at all.
“I want to see a situation where petrol will come back to N165/little, where rice will come back to N5,000 per bag and that is what we are clamoring for.
“It will be too dangerous for Nigeria to go one party state. And it is not possible for a single party to defeat the ruling party, we don’t have to deceive ourselves,” he said.
