In a significant meeting that underscores the growing momentum for positive changes in Ondo State, Dr. Michael Akintomide Ajilo, a leading aspirant for the Ondo East/West Federal Constituency seat in 2027, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon. Minister of Interior, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo. This meeting is part of Dr. Ajilo’s ongoing consultations with key stakeholders in the All Progressives Congress (APC) to garner support and guidance for his political journey.
The meeting between Dr. Ajilo and the dynamic leader, Hon. Tunji-Ojo, was marked by wide-ranging discussions on political matters and issues of national interest. Dr. Ajilo commended Hon. Tunji-Ojo’s remarkable service as Minister of Interior, highlighting his commitment to public service and nation-building. While further reflecting on the innovative dynamism of Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo in the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Ajilo lauded the Honourable Minister for spearheading innovations to usher in efficiency, integrity, and security reflecting from digitalization of services to professionalizing agencies and modernizing infrastructures.

During the crucial meeting, Dr. Ajilo also took time to praise President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR for his ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’s fruitfulness which represents a bold and multifaceted vision to transform Nigeria in the areas of economy, social intervention and institutionalization of trust in government.
According to Dr. Ajilo, the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ of President Tinubu has equally reflected an administration intent on revitalizing infrastructure, agriculture, human capital, security and governance, while registering Nigeria on the global economic stage.
In response, Hon. Tunji-Ojo lauded Dr. Ajilo’s leadership skills, bridge-building abilities, and dedication to grassroots service in Ondo East/West Federal Constituency.
