No fewer than two persons have been drooped dead in Idanre during the ongoing All Progressives Congress ward congress.
The younger brother to the state Chairman, Engr Ade Adetimehin, Raph Adetimehin was brutally macheted beyond recognition and in a critical stage at an undisclosed hospital.
Also at Iju Itaogbolu, in Akure North local government, three persons were also bastardly injured and one dropped dead.
As at the time of filling this reports the names of the dead persons have not been ascertained.
While contacting the Police Public Relations Officer in the state , Jimoh Abayomi, confirmed to Germane reporters that, the tactical team of the command have been mobilized to the affected areas to restore normalcy.
According to the party Chairman, Engr Adetimehin said he was the target but his brother was mistakingly taken for him and macheted.
He told germane reporters on phone while contacted that his brother is in between life and death.
