The candidate of the Action People’s Party (APP), Hon. Adesanya Olaoluwa, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Faduyile, on his emergence as the winner of the just-concluded Ondo State bye-election.
Hon. Adesanya described the election as peaceful, credible, free, and fair, expressing satisfaction with the conduct of the exercise and the maturity displayed by all stakeholders throughout the process.
He also commended His Excellency, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, for providing a level playing field for all contestants and ensuring that there was no form of government interference during the election.
“The Governor gave all contestants an equal opportunity to participate in the contest. The transparency and fairness exhibited throughout the process leave me with no reason to challenge the outcome of the election. There was no vote-buying, violence, or any form of disturbance, and the will of the people prevailed,” he stated.

He equally appreciated security agencies, party supporters, and the people of Ondo State for their peaceful conduct and active participation in the democratic process.
While wishing Professor Faduyile a successful and impactful tenure, Hon. Adesanya urged all political actors to put aside partisan differences and work together in the collective interest of the people and the continued development of Ondo State.
