It took another dimension on Saturday during the appreciation and thank -you ceremony organized by the good people of Ijare, in Ifedore local government area of Ondo State for Olori Oyinkansola Aroloye as the newly appointed Chairman of the state Micro Credit Agency as traditional ruler, Chiefs , Old men and women ,young and old, gathered at the palace of Olujare Of Ijare, raining prayers on the governor of the state Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on the ongoing road construction from Akure to the town.
The gathering indeed was in honour of their daughter Oyinkansola Aroloye, over the appointment but took a new turn as all indigenes of the town gathered at the palace square, with the Iru-Ekun security officers praying vehemently for the governor to succeed in office.
The prayers were offered by some aged market women, farmers and the regent of the town, High Chief Omosebi Ogunleye over the appointment and the ongoing road construction.
Some of the prayers could not be interpreted in English by our reporter,who was at the palace because it was offered in real and undiluted traditional dialect of the town, with kola and some other traditional items simply passing a message that he ,the governor will succeed.
Olori Oyinkansola Aroloye, the former Special Assistant to the Governor on Mobilization and strategy, appointed as Chairman of the state Micro Credit Agency on September 22, 2026.
