The Ondo State Government has constituted a committee to address the grievances of striking magistrates, Presidents of Grade ‘A’ Customary Courts, and members of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), with a view to resolving the issues and fostering enduring industrial harmony within the State Judiciary.

The committee, comprising senior government officials, has commenced work and is engaging diligently to restore normalcy to the judicial system.

The government assures the good people of the state that all outstanding issues will soon be resolved through an acceptable and sustainable framework.

Accordingly, all parties are urged to exercise restraint and refrain from unnecessary media exchanges, while embracing dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding in the collective interest of justice and public service.

Idowu Ajanaku,
Commissioner of Information and Orientation, Ondo State.
