A Frontline association in Ondo State, Good Governance Initiative have advised the former governorship aspirant under the platform of People’s Democratic Party, Chief Olusola Ebiseni, to support the governorship ambition of Otunba Bamidele Akingboye of Social Democratic Party rather than messing himself up by going to Labour Party.
Addressing some journalists yesterday in Akure, the leader of the group, Chief James Abiodun said, “We are using this platform to appeal and advice Chief Olusola Ebiseni to support and join the camp of Otunba Bamidele Akingboye with a view to moving the state to greater heights”
“We have carefully gone through the pedigrees of other candidates and we conclude that Otunba Bamidele Akingboye is the only one that can rescue this state from the mess we have found ourselves. We therefore urge Chief Olusola Ebiseni to support Otunba Bamidele Akingboye of SDP rather than going to Labour Party where he has been disgraced,”.
“Though we are not politicians but an organization responsible for good governance and we believe it is only the SDP Governorship Candidate, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, popularly called OBA, that can guarantee the good goverance we need in Ondo State. PDP was a failure and APC has equally become a failure and the only option left for us now in Ondo State is SDP,” Chief Abiodun concluded.
