All arrangements by the All Progressives Congress APC in the state in lobbying one of the candidates ,Victor Ategbole to step down for the Anointed candidate,Gboyega Adefarati proved abortive as hope of winning the primaries tint towards another line.
Gboyega Adefarati hails from Akungba Akoko, in Akoko South West area of the state. Also Victor Ategbole is from Oka, same local government with Adefarati and of about few kilometres away from Akungba.
Meanwhile , the elders of the party APC in the area , were summoned by a Commissioner( name witheld) to a meeting this night believing the commissioner has a better discussion but to their surprise, a full bag of Semo vita was brought and was to be shared when they all rejected the offer saying, they will come back for the gift after the primaries election.
