▫️Calls for alignment of visions and missions amongst Party Members towards Nov. Gubernatorial Election
A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Owo and Ose local governments and Patron of the Grassroot Democracy Defender ( GDD), Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle had Congratulate the Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa towards his landslide victory in the April 20 APC primary elections.
Hon Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa has been earlier declared as the winner of the Ondo State APC governorship primary election by the Chairman of the Election Committee and Governor of Kogi State, Governor Adodo at the Dome, Akure.
In line with this, Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle felicitates with the Ondo State Governor on his deserving victory. According to Hon Nuel Elehinle, the massive turnout of party members for Ayedatiwa is a reflection of trust and competence.
“First, I congratulate governor Ayedatiwa on his landslide victory in Saturday’s primary election. The outcome of the election is on its own an advert that shows Ayedatiwa as the Man of the People. He is a man that succeeded above all odds with a distinctive show of resilience and faith in Almighty God.”
Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle added “except we want to beat around the bush by hiding behind a finger, Hon Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa is undoubtedly the best candidate that can fly the flag of the APC so high in the governorship election by November. His performance within the shortest period of his inauguration is astonishing. There is no doubt to say that he deserves continuity”
Now that the Primary Election is over and tensions are draining, Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle also express his concerns for the members of the All Progressive Congress. He therefore called for peace and unity amongst party members. He advised that this is the time for Party stakeholders, executives and members to align their interests and uphold firmly the tenets of the Party. He condemns mudslinging and preaches oneness for the common goals of the APC.
“The major aim and objective of any political party is to take charge of government. This is a common goal and interest that all party members of a political party do share. With the conclusion of the APC primary elections. I wish to appeal to all our members to embrace peace and oneness. I solicit for unity as the hallmark of our success in the November election. As far as I’m concern, everybody is a winner. We have all gave our best to this election and it is paramount that we combine our forces and strength together as one indivisible entity”
Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle is an advocate of good governance and principles of democracy. He appreciates party members in his Ward, Ipele Ward 7, Owo local government for their supports and steadfastness. He admonishes them to be fervent in their loyalty to the party.
As a core and ardent Progressive, Hon Nuel Ola Elehinle described the landslide victory of the Ondo state governor as ray of hope for the good people of Ondo State.
