
A senator representing ondo south and one of the aspirants in the just concluded APC primary ,Barr (Dr) Jimoh Ibrahim has concluded plans to court to challenge the rationale behind the results of the primary which recognized the incumbent governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the winner of an exercise which was never conducted according to the senator
The serving senator is not taking the issue likely with the party APC and the said winner , Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa by arranging eight senior advocates of Nigeria namely : Chief Chris Uche SAN, Chief Micheal Aondoakaa, SAN Gordy Uche SAN and host of others to challenge the rationale behind the primary.
In a document privy to Germane Reporters on Friday night indicated that, the senator will be filling the case at a court in Abuja with the APC, Gov Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the Independent National Electoral Commission as the defenders.

However , it was learnt that the curiosity of the aspirants most especially, the senator, Jimoh Ibrahim , was brought to bear when the appeal committee of the party, headed by former Bauchi state governor, Abubakar Muhammad dismissed the aspirants petitions and regarded them as baseless and unfounded.
It is not clear may be other aspirants will also be heading to courts too.
It would be recalled that the primary election was fixed for 20th April, 2024 and was said to be characterized with crisis across the 203 wards in the state without voting in a single ward but results were also said to have been announced by the Usman Ododo led committee .
Other aspirants who kicked against the primary are : Chief Olusola Oke SAN, Barr Gbenga Edema, Mr Wale Akinterinwa, Engr Ife Oyedele, Hon Jimi Odimayo and host of others.
