The Ondo State chapter of the Social Democratic Party SDP, has criticized the governor of the state, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his party , the All Progressives Congress APC over sharing of rice to the people of the state aiming at alleviating the sufferings inflicted on the masses by his party APC.
The rice is said to be measured and set to be shared one rubber per head across the local governments in the state.
SDP ,in a statement made available to newsmen on Thursday night, by the state publicity secretary, Hon Oyeniyi Iwakun said , both APC and Aiyedatiwa brought about the hardship everyone is facing today in the state.
The Spokesperson said that , the ruling party never showed any serious concern and empathy with the people over the incessant increase in prices of things mist especially, the Petrol and unfriendly policies being introduced by their master.
” The party, APC never loved the people of the state, having inflicted hardship and ungodly policies on the masses” he said.
” What the people deserve at this critical time by APC is one rubber of rice that can not pay school fees, rents nor buy fuel into their vehicles ,
” All Aiyedatiwa could imagine and think for the people is rice ” the statement read.
” the rice he did not share far before now ,even when the people were really in pain and agony, the governor was no where to be found”
Moreso, it will be noted that , the All Progressives Congress APC, the governor’s party, put the people in agony and increase the suffering level of the people which no one could eat conveniently again in the state and the country at large.
However, SDP is therefore calling on the good people of the state, to reject the governor and his party over the hardship and the sufferings they subjected Nigerians into
” APC shouldn’t be taken serious during this forth coming election in the state and should be rejected totally by all and sundry over the hardship Nigerians are facing” he said
