My attention has been drawn to a social media post currently in circulation, suggesting my appointment as Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC).
While I sincerely appreciate the goodwill and intentions of those behind the circulation, I wish to make it abundantly clear that I am a firm believer that appointments are solely at the discretion of the Governor.
Accordingly, I categorically state that I have neither requested nor authorized any individual or group to solicit support on my behalf for such an appointment.
