The Media Team of former Secretary to Ondo State Government and a leader of the All Progressives Congress, Princess Oladunni Odu says it is shocked that votes were allocated to her in the just concluded Ondo South Senatorial Primary of the All Progressives Congress despite not participating in the process leading to the exercise.
In a release titled “She didn’t even present herself to be screened” the team said Princess Odu was not even at the Secretariat for the screening exercise.
The Media Team emphasized that it was therefore shocked when it received calls that votes were recorded beside her name in a list being circulated, describing it as an error and therefore urged her supporters and well wishers to be calm.
The Media Team assured them that Princess Odu is fully in the race to complete the ongoing term of Senator (Dr) Jimoh Ibrahim who is now Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and affirmed her commitment to the development of Ondo South Senatorial District and its people.
