A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Olusola Oke, SAN, has said the revisit of the Olókola Free Trade Zone project will birth a new era of economic prosperity for the people of Ondo State.
While congratulating the people of Ondo on the renewed momentum ,Oke thanked Governor Ayedatiwa for his leadership in engendering resurgence of vitality in this critical sector. He also appreciated Aliko Dangote for returning to Ondo State to invest and urge the host communities of Ilaje Local Government to continue to cooperate with Government and the investor to make the Olokola project as conceived by late Governor Olusegun Agagu a reality.
“I received the news of the revisit of Olókola Free Trade Zone with joy. I am happy because it is a project that will open Ondo State to the business world. It will make Ondo State an economic zone capable of creating prosperity for our people,” Oke stated.
“With a project like Olókola, Governor Aiyedatiwa has begun great efforts towards making Ondo State an economic and industrial hub. This is the Ondo we all envisioned – a state that creates wealth, jobs and opportunities for its youths,” he added.
