The Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group, under the leadership of Ayodeji DF Oluleye (Ògo Àkúré), has called on party faithfuls, progressives, and well-meaning citizens across Akure North and Akure South Federal Constituency to actively participate in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) e-registration, membership validation, and revalidation exercise.
In a statement released on Monday, Oluleye described the exercise as a critical step toward strengthening the party’s grassroots structure, promoting internal democracy, and ensuring wider participation ahead of future electoral engagements.
According to him, the registration and validation process presents an opportunity for both old and new members to reaffirm their commitment to the progressive ideals of the APC while contributing to the party’s growth at the ward and local government levels.
“A strong party is built from the grassroots. This ongoing e-registration and validation exercise is an important process that allows members to be properly documented, engaged, and positioned to contribute meaningfully to the party’s future,” Oluleye said.
He encouraged eligible residents, especially youths and first-time members, to take advantage of the exercise by visiting their respective ward or local government registration centres.
Oluleye further noted that participation is open to all Nigerians aged 18 years and above with a valid National Identification Number (NIN), urging party leaders and stakeholders to support the process to ensure a smooth and inclusive exercise across communities.
“Together, we can strengthen the APC, deepen grassroots participation, and reinforce our collective commitment to progressive governance,” he added.
The Ògo Àkúré Mandate Group reaffirmed its commitment to civic engagement, political inclusion, and sustained mobilisation in Akure North and Akure South Federal Constituency.
